I have been on the Networking Team for seven years. I started as a Support Engineer then move to Technical Lead and I am now a Support Escalation Engineer. I was an ISA SME (Subject Matter Expert) before I started concentrating on LCS 2005. I was then ask to be on the OCS 2007 beta where I spent 10 months working with the Product and supporting our TAP customers and Partners. I really like working with OCS 2007 and will continue to grow with product in the years to come.
