I am Support Escalation Engineer working for Microsoft’s Enterprise Support on the Networking Team in Texas.  Since joining Microsoft in 1994, I have supported Enterprise customers running every version of Windows NT, up to and including Windows Server 2008, specializing mainly in communications technologies.
