Susan S. Bradley is a Microsoft Content Project Manager (CPM). She is the project manager for the Office Communications Server Resource Kit, which is being published by Microsoft Press in February 2008. She has also recently added the responsibilities of project manager for the cross-Microsoft Unified Communications Content Partnership Council, a group of more than 70 individuals interested in ensuring that the documentation story for the unified communications solution is complete, coherent, and cohesive. Susan has been with Microsoft for 9 years and in that time has worked on the Exchange Server, Windows Server, and Office Communications Server product user assistance (UA) teams.
